Decades of trade knowledge, built on trust
With hands on experience in the British meat industry since 2000, our founder Kabeer Hussain (know as Pahlwaan) developed an in-depth understanding of the trade and the unique standards required for genuine halal meat. In 2024, K&Y Halal Meat Ltd was established to introduce a dedicated supply chain offering a personal touch, complete integrity and direct sourcing across the UK.
Strict halal standards and hands-on inspection
We know how vital it is for Muslim consumers and retail partners to source meat from a fully trusted, verified supply. We personally oversee the abattoir processing of all our stock to ensure 100% halal slaughter, which is done strictly in accordance with Islamic sharia law. Our direct oversight ensures absolute peace of mind at every stage.
Selected breeds and tailored wholesale buying
From major cash and carries to local community butchers, we cater to buyers of all scales. We hand select premium British livestock directly from local farms, featuring distinguished breeds such as Texel, Beltex, and Suffolk alongside cattle breeds such as Limousin, British Blue and goats. We also offer custom buying tailored to your required breed, animal shape and age.
